[WSBAPT] Guardianship/Order Apt GAL and Waive Fee [Pierce County]

HI All

I have not filed a guardianship where I needed a fee waiver during COVID.  Normally, I would just walk it in and get it signed and file it.  What is the online procedure to get the Order Waiving the Filing Fee?
