[WSBAPT] Motion for Fees/Costs in Administration of Estate - by other than PR/Administrator

Has anyone made a motion for fees/costs to be paid by Estate monies from a wrongful death settlement of a father to a minor child / my client was not the PR/Administrator?

If yes, please share with me your arguments and Order to provide as a sample for the Pierce County Superior Court Commissioner.  My client was the mother of a minor child and the assigned GAL did a really weak job protecting and asserting the rights of the minor.  The PR was the grandmother of the minor child.  The mother hired me to assist and make valid arguments which the Court heard and ruled on...   The commissioner asked me in the last hearing if I was making a request for fees/costs - I responded yes but the hearing was in regard to the WD settlement so was not the appropriate time and the commissioner agreed, it would be better at the closing of the probate estate.  I will start with:
