[WSBAPT] Title Officer - Snohomish Co.

Colleagues,

Successor trustee will be selling a piece of real property in Snohomish 
County as part of administration of trust.  The decedent/owner of the 
property created various trusts over the years and conveyed ownership to 
them,  as well as recording corrrective deeds.  It's a bit muddy.  I'd 
like to settle the question of who has authority to convey,  before 
successor trustee engages a realtor.  Can anyone suggest an experienced 
title officer who can clarify this ahead of time?  Then trustee would 
presumably close the sale with that title company.
