[WSBAPT] Seeking Consult to Discuss Client Property in Honolulu

Good Morning List -

Do we have any colleagues who are licensed (or experienced) with dealing
with property in Hawaii. Client is establishing RLT and wants to transfer
home in the Aloha State that has been in their family for generations.
Outside of the rule against perpetuities, I seem to recall that Hawai'i had
special rules pertaining to real property/ownership.
