[WSBAPT] Garn-St Germaine question

Hello All,

Well, rats. This goes towards a question I posted to a little bit ago. I
had really hoped that a testamentary trust fit the definition of
"resulting from the death of a borrower." But, yes, further research
does point to a RLT being what people tend to use in similar situations.

Does anyone have any actual case law to definitively settle the
question?

I supposed prior approval from the lender is a good idea either way, eh?

Best,
_Mark
