[WSBAPT] Title Elimination process for mobile home in Estate

Hi All:

Client is Personal Representative of his mother's estate and is selling land with a mobile home. The buyer's lender requires that we eliminate the title on the mobile and "affix" it to the land prior to closing.

PR went to Department of Licensing with the original Title, a Title Elimination form filled out and Letters Testamentary and has been told that the Title to the mobile (now in mother's name) and "title" to the land must both be put into the name of the "Estate" before they can eliminate title. We can't deed the land from her Estate to her Estate, so that absolutely doesn't make sense.

I need some help with the process. Does the PR have to have a new title for the mobile home issued in the name of the Estate?
