[WSBAPT] Referral to Attorney near Salem, OR - licensed in WA

Hi All:

I have a probate in Spokane County where I am unable to continue representing the named PR because the surviving spouse (client) does not want her brother-in-law administering the estate of her recently deceased husband. The brother-in-law lives in the Salem area, but is also willing to travel to Portland.
