[WSBAPT] Referral needed for Adult Family Home operator on Eastside/Bellevue

PC is an adult family home operator.  Apparently a resident's agent has
stopped paying for the resident's care, possibly trying to take advantage
of the eviction moratorium or perhaps just out of funds.  PC needs advice
on what to do as it is a financial hardship in a small facility to provide
24/7 care without payment.
