[WSBAPT] Washington/BC Attorney Referral

I have a gentleman with a developmental disability who needs to restate a revocable living trust and otherwise get his planning in order. This could be done with some cooperation with his parents, who may be making a lifetime gift to him (with some estate tax implications involved). The gentleman lives in BC, is a permanent Canadian resident, and is likely to remain in Canada the rest of this life—so getting durable powers of attorney in place for use in Canada would also be in the mix. So, ideally, I’m looking for a Washington and Canadian estate planning attorney who thinks they may be up for this. Any takers or suggestions?
