Long-time client called this morning with request from his son-in-law for
referral to attorney in Silverdale that could make a house call on
son-in-law's mother for estate planning update. Mom has advanced cancer and
is now bed ridden. Very tragic and sudden discovery, within one month of Mom
losing her husband. Mom needs updated powers of attorney and wants to update
a revocable trust. Assets in range of one million dollars so no apparent
need for tax planning. Mom contacted attorney in her area, but attorney is
not responding (two weeks).
 
Please reply off list if you are able to do a house call on short notice. I
will pass on all names to PC.
