[WSBAPT] TEDRA arbitration decision filed; CR 59 motion for reconsideration before trial de novo?

An arbitration decision from TEDRA arbitration was received October 6, 2020.  It was filed with the Superior Court.
Both parties prevailed on some claims - so no attorney fees awarded.

Is a motion for reconsideration under CR 59 allowed?
I find no authority for a motion in my research in TEDRA cases or MAR cases.
We agreed MAR rules apply.

ONLY a trial de novo is provided for in MAR if a party disagrees with the arbitration award.

Anyone successfully made a motion for reconsideration or fight against one in MAR or TEDRA?
