Comrades:

 

Decedent lived and died in Island County.  He owned an extensive collection of his films currently housed at BAMFA in California.  Surviving spouse has been engaged in talks to sell the collection to Anthology Film Archives in New York.  The couple had a Community Property Agreement.  Surviving spouse, with the assistance of a knowledgeable, trusted friend in New York, has already signed an MOU with Anthology (before she sought legal advice).

 

Surviving spouse needs an attorney familiar with film copyrights, valuation, etc. etc. to shepherd her through this process.

 

Self-referrals welcome.
