Client want to condo lot in Seattle that has a permitted ADU unit into two airspace condo units with main residence in one and ADU unit in the other. Certain jurisdictions have residency requirements that make this impractical but I saw no such requirement in Seattle Municipal code. If any one sees any issues with this please let me know. The next questions is since this is not a "conversion" under RCW 64.90 does one have to follow the conversion requirement set out in Seattle Code Thanks in advance you any input.
