Try notarize.com.  I haven’t used it personally, but have a friend who used it two months ago for a real estate transaction and it worked great.  It was easy to log in and sign up and it matched with a WA licensed notary very quickly.

Hi everyone -

Sorry for the off-topic weekend request, but my best friend of 25 years lives in London with her fiance and they are travelling back to Washington next week to get married on 10/14. However, the marriage license application needs to be notarized and mailed in to get the license asap. But the offices in London for notarizing docs like this will not be open in time. Does anyone know a notary who does online remote notary work? I know they are willing to pay the fee for this service and I think Washington now allows it. Any leads would be so appreciated!
