Colleagues,

 

PC and her brother are the only surviving heirs to their uncle’s estate.  Uncle passed at a hospital in the Philippines.  He lived 6 mos. of the year in Seattle and 6 mos. of the year in the Philippines.  Financial account(s) in Philippines, possibly other assets as well.  Real property in Seattle.  I presume PC needs to contact a probate attorney in the Philippines and also commence an ancillary probate in WA.  Any thoughts or referrals for probate attorneys who can assist with assets in the Philippines?
