[WSBAPT] PLLC in a Revocable Trust?

I believe member units in a PLLC can be held by the professional’s RLT while it remains revocable. Once he or she dies there’s a 12 month window to transfer the units to another professional. 

The PLLC statute incorporates some provisions of RCW 18.100.
