This is off topic, but it is relevant for a client:

An organization in King County wants to use Election Runner for a membership vote.  Rather than have the Election Runner administrator be a member of the organization (and thereby get some real time information as to who is voting), the organization would prefer to use a neutral third party to administer the Election Runner vote. 

Can folks think of any third party administrators of Election Runner?  I have looked online and do not see anyone.  Perhaps for a flat fee? They would be handed a list of emails that Election Runner would use, and then they would be privy to the results, and would report the results back to the board. This hypothetical third party has to have some third party creds and technological savvy that the membership will buy off on. 

Any thoughts?  Thank you.
