[WSBAPT] Objection to closing estate - Petition requesting approval of fees and an accounting

I need to file a Petition requesting the court to approve PR fees, attorney fees and require an estate accounting pursuant to RCW 11.68.112.  I represent mother of minor child.  The minor child is the only heir.  PR was the grandmother of the minor.  Also, if anyone has received attorney fees/costs in administration of estate to other than the PR/Administrator, I'd love to hear about it.  There was a probate GAL but it does not appear that notice was provided to him and he hasn't weighed in on the fees, minor account, or anything at this point.

I received the Declaration of Completion and the Notice of Filing of the Declaration of Completion to the minor. The personal representative DID NOT include language in the Declaration of Completion that she intends "to make final distribution from Decedent's estate to Decedent's beneficiaries within five (5) business days after the final date on which a beneficiary could file a Petition with this Court requesting it to approve fees or to require an estate accounting."   In fact, she says she will deposit the monies in a blocked account for the minor.  The Notice of Filing of the Declaration of Completion DID NOT contain the minimum amount that the minor will receive as a final distribution.
