I will let the courts know that you have refused to keep me looped as an heir, unless you’d like to change your stance.

I think we need court intervention at this point.

Your brothers have been kept informed of probate proceedings.  They are not being represented by our office in this matter.  When someone has attended a telephonic court hearing at our office, it was at your father’s request to accompany him.  This is the same as if they attended a court hearing at the courthouse and sat in the gallery to listen prior to Covid limitations.  No special treatment has been provided.

The Declarations you attached to your earlier email are from a different court matter.  In addition, the declarations do not indicate representation.  A declaration is a factual assertion made by an individual about information that may be helpful for the court’s consideration of an issue.

In addition, you have taken adversarial positions towards the estate and against me individually.  Therefore, no, I cannot provide you with any assistance on your motions, or provide you with any representation.
