[WSBAPT] Minor will beneficiary

My experience, in Pierce county, is that the GAL will be appointed from the county GAL list. Parent could likely be the custodian of the proceeds when distributed, but the GAL will represent the interest of the minor in the probate. In so doing, the GAL will assure that the distribution is made in the correct amount and that proceeds are placed safely with proper custodian.
