[WSBAPT] ANCIALLRY PROBATE DONE

Hi All:

Our ancillary probate in another state is closing and we will soon be closing our probate here. The attorney is asking if I need any certified or authenticated copies (?). I'm guessing that we do not because my PR has nonintervention powers, but do people get one and keep it just in case? Do I need to file it with the Court here?

Let me know - thanks!!
