[WSBAPT] quick successor fiduciary question

I've seen language in the document naming the fiduciaries that states that
if a fiduciary resigns and wants to resume the duty of fiduciary, he or she
can do that. But absent that language, if the next successor in line wants
to do the job and the original successor wants to resume the duties as well,
it might be a TEDRA situation to get it resolved. Perhaps there is some
authority for which to choose out there. I just don't know it.

Subject: [WSBAPT] quick successor fiduciary question

Has any one out there every had a fiduciary resign and then the successor
take over only to resign and have the first person want to resume position?
Even if not - any thoughts? For this question assume there is another
successor in line - thanks
