Phil, can you provide the link.  I looked at SSA and it is available to state and federal agencies, but I don’t see availability to attorneys.  Thanks.

We have a missing beneficiary with a history of mental health and criminal issues – last known in California 2018.  I just need to verify he’s NOT dead.  Any easy ways to do this besides third party?  Thanks!
