[WSBAPT] Affid. to clear title Non-probate

Since the will is not to be probated, in your scenario we would require deeds from all others who would inherit in an intestate probate.

If there is a Last Will that gives everything to one daughter; do title companies require that the affid. to clear title require that it says that a copy of the affid. to clear title was sent to the heirs at law?  I have a case where the one daughter who inherits the house would like to just record it (and of course send a copy to DSHS).
