[WSBAPT] Do we even need a notary for a Will signing?

I'm sure this is already in the list serve somewhere, but Governor Inslee
just passed a bill yesterday allowing for remote notaries from March
27-April 26!  Emergency order here:

This doesn't solve all our problems, but is a SIGNIFICANT help!
