Yes. But you would need the witnesses to authenticate the will if a probate is needed. It's definitely an option, but like all our will options, we are limited by the need for in-person witnesses.

For witnessing Wills, can't we still use an unsworn statement of the witnesses under RCW 9A.72.085? Isn't that statute still effective until July 1, 2021?
