Decedent, prior to passing, places and order for ABC. Decedent passes.
Non-Executor family member pays the deposit for the order FOUR DAYS AFTER
death. There is no contract or any other indication that the Decedent had
requested this.

Goods and services have not been delivered or fulfilled at this date.
