[WSBAPT] Date of Death Valuation - undeveloped land

Good afternoon.  Does anyone have a good referral for an appraiser/professional that will provide date of death valuation for undeveloped land?  It would be much appreciated.

The land is located in on the south edge of Snohomish County.
