[WSBAPT] Referral - Colorado Attorney to Assist with Trust Transfers

C has some residential rental properties in Colorado that we need help transferring to their revocable living trust. I'm looking for a referral (self-referrals are okay), along with a general estimate of cost. I believe we are talking about 8-10 parcels to be transferred in total.
