[WSBAPT] Termination of lease

I am sharing a recent experience with you all.  An elderly client rented a
room in her home some months ago to a  younger woman.
Younger woman believes Covid-19 is a hoax and takes no precautions to avoid
exposure.  Elderly woman and her daughter are concerned for elderly woman's
health.  Elderly woman and daughter attempted to evict her due to health
concerns and the AG's office said this situation did not warrant eviction.
Elderly woman's daughter, who gave tenant the eviction notice, was required
to retract the eviction in writing and provide AG's office confirmation.
