King County Superior Court announces major changes to the ExParte calendars.   1.  There is a cap on the number of motions on the ExParte calendar. You must check the Clerk’s website for hearing availability on the desired date. Parties will be notified via email if their requested date exceeds the limit. A procedure is in place for requesting an exception in case of emergency.   1.  The Notice of Hearing form has been updated reflecting all changes in the ExParte calendar process. The new Notice form must be used.

  1.  All ExParte motions hearings are being conducted by phone or video until further notice unless an in-person appearance is authorized.
