[WSBAPT] off topic referral requested

Sorry this is "off topic," but I don't know where else to turn.  Long time client called and ask for a referral for a family law matter.  His son and daughter-in-law (potential clients) have been caring for daughter-in-law's sister's child (now a ten year old girl).  Natural Mother has history of drug addition and father was in prison, etc.... Natural parents are now denying any contact with Potential Clients and there is some sort of a meeting tomorrow involving CPS.  Any suggestions for representation appreciated.  Potential clients are financially able to pay.  Thanks,  Allen
