[WSBAPT] Need referral: insurance company request for reconsideration

Hi Listmates,

I have a PC who is a tenant in a residential building with his partner.  PC is not on the renter's insurance policy.  Insurance company is refusing to pay for water damage to the tenants' apartment because the person who caused the damage was PC.  PC needs an evaluation of how much basis he might have to appeal this decision and then, if valid, representation appealing it.  Damage was about $50,000, and the insurance company is Allstate.  We have a conflict.

All referrals will be forwarded to him.  Not sure how long he has to appeal this, the decision letter was dated 6/17, I think.
