Dear list mates, this may or may not be off topic.  I have a client whose father is in Taiwan, and who needs to execute and have notarized a durable power of attorney to be held by his wife who is here, for use in Washington.  Is there any procedure other than going to the US embassy in Taipei to have a notarization done by the Taiwan resident father?  Thanks in advance.  Yours truly, Doug Owens
