[WSBAPT] Seeking Texas licensed attorney for transfer on death deed

Any real estate attorneys, licensed in Texas, who want to work with me to draft a transfer on death deed for Texas mineral interests for a very sweet client?

Location is not important.

"Work with me" would simply mean drafting the documents and conveying to me, to notarize client's signature.

Mostly, trust is established and client is elderly and comfortable with the safety measures we have instituted for estate planning signings.
