[WSBAPT] Estate Creditor's Claim and Trust

Suppose a creditor who is also one beneficiary of a trust/estate filed a creditor's claim against the estate.  It was rejected and suit was filed against PR of Estate (who is also the Trustee of Trust) for damages and claims.
Upon death, all real property including a home/land was transferred into a testamentary trust.
The home/real property in the trust is now for sale.  I want to make sure monies from the sale of the home are protected and held pending the estate creditor's claim and litigation.

Do I need some additional protection from the court to stay any distributions from the trust/estate?
