[WSBAPT] Non-probate Notice to Creditors

Hello listmates,

 

I'm posting on behalf of a colleague.  He has a client who is the
beneficiary of a trust and is interested in taking care of creditors without
filing a probate. 

 

Has anyone done a non-probate notice to creditors, and if so are you willing
to chat for a few minutes about the procedure?  Huge appreciation if you are
also willing to share the documents filed to get a Notice Agent appointed.
