[WSBAPT] Referral needed: Quiet Title action

Hi Listmates:

I have a potential client who needs an attorney to assist him in a quiet title action to be filed in (I think) Snohomish County.  It involves a time-barred lien from a defunct lender.  I have a conflict, so need to refer out.  The complaint is already drafted, might need revision.
