The easiest way is through an agreement under RCW 11.96A.220 if you can get all the interested parties on board. If you can't get agreement, then you are looking at RCW 11.98.080. The procedure can be found under RCW 11.96A, modified by the notice provisions of RCW 11.98.080.

Subject: [WSBAPT] Combining Trusts

Listmates,

Two marital trusts, along with others, were created under a family trust. Both Trustors are gone; the Trustee would like to combine the two family trusts and there is a provision allowing it. Each has its own tax ID. What are the actual steps necessary to combine the Trusts?
