[WSBAPT] Diesen, Charles retired

[Dalynne Singleton]

I need to find who has the files of a former client of Charles Diesen law firm after he retired.  Calling the phone for the firm indicates it has been disconnected.
Does anyone know if he transferred the files or can be reached personally?  I have contacted the Bar Association but have not response as of today.
