Subject: [WSBAPT] TIN on double probate

I'm handling a double probate, i.e. one matter for two (married) decedents, with complete unity of heirs, beneficiaries, etc.

Can I apply for a singe TIN or do I need one for each decedent. If one, may I use either name for the TIN?

Many thanks,
