Hello, listmates -

A client is facing a large (and growing) tax bill from the IRS and needs help dealing with it. He lives in Oregon, in the vicinity of Eugene and Springfield. A CPA told him the matter was out of her league, and he's not getting far dealing with the IRS on his own.  Can any of you recommend someone he could contact for help and advice?
