[WSBAPT] Daughter now resides in OR and owns real estate

I practiced for six years in OR before moving to WA to practice here.  
There are enough small but mighty differences that I recommend against 
it.  Just two quick examples,  OR does not have community property law 
or nonintervention powers.  I'd refer her to an (active,  i.e. not me) 
Oregon attorney.
