[WSBAPT] Off-Topic Referral Request - Bankruptcy Attorney

Greetings List -

I am looking for a bankruptcy attorney in King/Pierce/Kitsap county.  Some
basic facts:

Young navy lad gets into some trouble. Ends up with a date before a King
County Judge who gave him a little time to sit and think about what he did
and also a subrogated judgment to the insurance company for the damage
caused.  Young Navy lad makes payments on the regular (paid through King
County to the insurance company) for THIRTY YEARS.  Still owes A LOT OF
MONEY after 30 years. Young Navy Lad is now in his 50's.

Needs to consult with an attorney (able to pay hourly rate for time and
analysis of his options) who can game theory out the various options he has
to get this judgment out from over his head.

County of residence is Kitsap, but is happy to work with anyone who can
take all the facts and come up with an appropriate strategy.
