[WSBAPT] Waiver and Release of PR & Estate

I have the heirs sign a receipt for their distributions.  If you are asking about a waiver of the 30 days to discharge PR, that is a different issue.  If the heirs don't want to wait the 30 days from filing the Declaration of Completion of Probate, I have them sign a waiver.
