Subject: [WSBAPT] Distribution of Final Reserve - Probate

I am filing a declaration of final distribution of tax reserve (following an earlier filed declaration of completion) with copies of checks attached etc.
I will send a copy showing its date of filing to the heirs.  I am wondering if I can just send this to the heirs with a final paragraph in the declaration that simply states “under 11.68.114(2)  ... the Personal Representative is discharged from all claims unless a person with an interest in the reserve files a petition for an accounting of the reserve within 30 days of the filing of this declaration”... and not prepare and send a more extensive Notice similar to the Declaration of Completion.?
