[WSBAPT] motion to amend caption

I have a case where for a year because a presumed drowning we did an order appointing under RCW 11.80 co-trustees for absent persons / presumed dead.  I am finally getting the death certificate and will be filing to probate a will.  I am wondering if anyone has a motion to amend the caption I can use when I turn it into a probate?
