[WSBAPT] FW: community property agreement and out of state real property

Folks Probably an easy answer for you who have dealt with this but t this is a new one to me.
Client’s wife passed and they have a community property agreement and mutual wills.  They have real property in AZ of some value.

·        Do we need to open an Arizona probate?

·        Do we have to open a Washington probate to do so?

·        Or, if you know, will AZ recognize the CPA?

Thanks for any advice you may give.
