Rob,

I recommend your friend start with Evelyn Haralampu, at Burns & Levinson
LLP, in Boston, MA. You can mention my name. She has done pension work
since 1982. She also has a contact person in the mid-west with whom she
works with on issues like this. If the Company is trying to reduce or
eliminate the pension liability there are limitations on doing that and also
may involve the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.

She can be reached at:

Subject: [WSBAPT] bankrupt pension plan

Does anyone know where I can refer an old friend to for this? "The company
that I have been receiving my pension payments from recently declared
bankruptcy and sent me a letter, and I would like to talk to someone about
whether the letter they sent me applies to only prospective retirees or also
to people already in the system, such as me."

Thanks.

Rob
