[WSBAPT] Declaration of Subscribing Witness to a Will

Hello Fellow Listservers,

 

I am in need of a template for a declaration of a subscribing witness to a
will.  Unfortunately, the executed will did not contain the necessary and
proper formalities for the witnesses and therefore is not self-proving.  As
such, I am attempting to have the witnesses sign declarations as witnesses
to the will.

 

If anyone has a template that they would be willing to share, I would very
much appreciate it.
